Payment is required in advance. 

Should you cancel the order, more than 2 days after shipping, unfortunately we will not be able to process a refund. 

SHIPPING
Shipping usually takes place within 3 working days of payment - unless lead time specified otherwise on HOME PAGE in the case of backlog or emergencies.
Customs VAT & Duties are NOT included in the shipping price and is required to be paid by the buyer direct to Customs on clearing.
All kits are now shipped by DHL International Door to Door Courier and are insured - should the kit go missing in transit, we replace it at our cost and cover replacement shipping too.

LOST IN TRANSIT PARCEL
In the case of a missing  parcel sent by DHL Courier, we will replace the item (provided we have stock on hand) and cover replacement postage

DAMAGED PARCEL / DAMAGED COMPONENTS
We wrap all kits in 4 layers of protection:
The vial pendants are stowed in beautiful hand sewn velvet bags which are bubblewrapped and boxed.
Another layer of bubblewrap and then boxed again in a beautiful gift box!
The whole parcel is then sealed wrapped in one more layer of bubblewrap

We endeavour to package all of our parcels snugly and wrap as above in order to ensure their safe arrival.

Should your parcel arrive damaged, we will replace the damaged portion(s) of it, at no additional cost provided that:
1)  The buyer please sends us hi res images of damage so that we may correctly ascertain which replacement parts need to be dispatched.
2) The buyer covers the postage applicable to the replacement portion(s)

DISCOUNTED PARCEL
Should your kit arrive too damaged to present as a gift, and the buyer wishes to receive a replacement kit, we will happily send a replacement kit provided that:
1) The buyer please sends us hi res images of damage to kit
2) The buyer covers the replacement postage 
3) The buyer returns the damaged kit with all contents as received, to the seller at the buyers expense (postage)

Unfortunately there is no way, to guarantee that blood products will not dehydrate, discolour or clot.
It is absolutely natural that blood does this outside the body. Whilst we provide tips & hints, as well as anticoagulant to keep the blood product liquid, no-one can guarantee that the blood will remain liquid.

We would like to invite all Love In Vein Love Vial wearers to submit photos of their Love Vial pendants for use in our marketing & advertising.
We commit to refunding $5 to each buyer who supplies us with high-res images of their finished vials, the process, or glamour shots wearing their pendants.

Buyers who send us exceptional images will receive $10.
All images will be used anonymously unless you wish to be credited.
